Alors. y a-t-il un endroit pour porter vos vêtements favoris en cuir, dans Home, et partager votre goût avec des collègues homes et femmes? Bien sûr, il y a en maintenant : le Club House Home Leather!	Well, is there a place to wear your best leather garnments in Home and share your taste for it with fellow men and women? Sure there is such a place now : Home Leather Club House!
Il pourrait paraître saugrenu que des avatars déisrent se rencontrer à ce sujet, mais il y a beaucoup à dire et à discuter. Peut-être ne portez-vous pas le dernier blouson Schott Perfecto dans votre vie de tous les jours et que vous n’avez pas la chance d’éprouver les sensations réelles de ce genre de vêtements, mais ce pourrait être la place pour débuter, au moins!	This could seem strange that avatars are choosing to meet together on that subject, but there is much to say and to discuss. Maybe you dont wear the latest Schott Perfecto in real life and that you dont have the opportunity to enjoy the real feeling of this kind of garnment, but there could be a place to start at least!
Alors, rien de scientifique  ici pour comprendre que jouer dans Home permet d’être créatif et que le port des vêtements peut faire partie du jeu, sans nécessairement devenir un jeu de rôles. Mais si vous choississez de porter du cuir dans Home cela vaut la pein, quand il vous tient à coeur de le faire, de partager un sespace avec des amis et d’y aterrir..	Well, that is not rocket science to know that playing in Home allows to be creative and the clothing can be part of the game, not directly conducting to role playing. But if you chose to wear leather garnments in Home, it is worth, whenever you feel for that, to share a place with friends and drop by!
Cet espace est conçu pour utiliser votre imagination et tirer avantage des particularités d’un Club House, surtout de pouvoir utiliser le combiné microphone. Agréable à essayer!	The space is built to use play with your imagination and to take advantage of the commodities of a Club House, mostly the capacity to use the headset. Fun to try!
Enfin, je ne suis pas un propriétaire dérangeant; je peux aparaitre de temps à autre et placer des messages indiquant les futures activités. Voila.	Finally, I am not a big foot owner, I can drop by occasionaly and I post messages on the board for future events. That is all there is!

 

BILINGUAL / BILINGUE

Ceci est mon premier texte bilingue pour mes amis Anglophones et Francophones. Comme je fréquent des personnes de deux langues, je publierai de billets brefs sur deux colonnes pour que tous puissent partager ma pensée.	This is my first text for my Anglophone and Francophone friends.  Since I relate to persons in two languages, I will publish short posts in two columns, ensuring that everyone has an equal access opportunity.
Avec l’introduction de Sony Home Xi, de nouvelles possibilités vont s’offrir à ses habitants. Cependant la philosophie de Sony, pour publier sa nouvelle version, a été de dévoiler cette nouvelle version à la pièce en transformant un changement de version en un jeu, ce qui est un coup de génie car les utilisateurs de Home sont maintenant des testeurs tout en s’amusant.	While introducing Sony Home Xi, some new possibilities will appear to the inhabitants of Home, sort of. However, Sony philosophy to release the new version was to release it piece by piece, while transforming this version change in a game. That is a mastermind strategy, since users, while playing, are also testing.
Ceci pose des problèmes de nature éthique, puisque les joueurs peuvent parfois avoir accès, par leur réseau de connaissances, à des parties de ce nouvel environnement qui ne sont pas encore publiées. Cependant, la compagnie Sony ne devrait pas faire de reproches aux utilisateurs qui y accèdent par invitation. Elle doit simplement prendre les mesures nécessaires pour s’assurer que ses testeurs ne puissent pas inviter d’autres joueurs par la fonction invitation. Point à la ligne. Si on demande aux joueurs de se comporter de manière éthique, les joueurs sont aussi en droit de demander la même chose à son fournisseur de services de jeux.	This type of release presents some ethical issues, since some players can access, sometimes, via their friend network, to some unpublished elements of the new release. Nevertheless, Sony should not blame players accessing those sites following an invitation. This corporation should take all necessary cautions to ensure that his testing team cannot invite unauthorized players with the invite function. Period. If we ask players to behave in an ethical fashion, players have the right to ask same thing to their gaming services suppliers.
Il est bien sûr très intéressant de pouvoir participer à la naissance d’un nouvel environnement de jeu, et de pouvoir y contribuer positivement en suivant les scénarios proposés par le fournisseur de service. S’aider les uns les autres est une bonne attitude, tant et aussi longtemps qu’on respecte l’esprit du jeu.	For sure, it is interesting to participate to the birth of a new gaming environment, and to contribute positively by following proposes scenarios by the service provided. Helping one each other is a good attitude, as long that sportsmanship and courtesy remains.

CYBERDIPLOMACY

Much was written about good codes of conduct in cyberspace, and netizenship begins to develop as a secondary aspect of oneself life. Sony HOME brings more flexibility to encourage flexibility in behaviour by a lots of options about how to display oneself in that new social space.

Many peoples dont understand exactly how they should appear online and dont realize the ongoing relationship that develop between the real self and the cyberself. It is a common belief that some people are trying to recreate themselves in their avatars, while others are creating a distance to represent themselves as actors on the public place.

This is the most interesting and challenging part of developping a new understanding and even a social science framework to theorize and discuss about all different patterns of behaviour.

There is long discussions to come in that blog on cyberdiplomacy as well, since the image merely projected on screen sometimes drives deeply the behavious, between the prince and the poor, the god or monster, or event the sexiest or the ugliest… Flexibility again in choosing an avatar, according to circumstances, can lead to a great PLAY experience, on the HOME MASTERPIECE THEATER PLAZAS…

The final word here again is EXPERIMENT and PLAY, or PLAY and EXPERIMENT… and all the situations between… Enjoy your stay!

 

LIBERATE YOUR INNER MONSTER!

Well, sometimes, one need to express his personality in a different mood, the regular avatar not sufficient to express our inner feeling in every occasion. Sony HOME wardrobe is a good place to stock differents emotionals moods.

Primarly used to store different clothes settings, the wardrobe can be used in a different fahion, sort of… the inferior left column square can be created to store a very strange creature that you can displlay quickly in a party, for known friends, or in a public place if someone annoy you.

So easy to call the menu and load on the spot that hidden creature. Sony HOME is a playful place, everyone will agree. Be creative, explore all possibilities of the wardrobe and surprise everyone around. Express yourself

 

ANTHROPOMETRY?

Woe… a big word here, but an easy way to understand.

Avatars are programmatic creatures displaying a set of movement and motions. If you want to understand the cultural meaning of these gestures, you can make an interesting experiment with a friend of yours, if that friend like to experiment.

• One of you, in the wardrobe, select a male avatar.
• One of you select a female avatar
• Dont be shy about crossing gender for an experiment

Then, go through all the gestures, one by one, identify the differences and laugh… Evaluate just the seating position. It tells a lot about man\woman relationships and body attitudes.

Hello HOME CYBERFRIENDS

Declaring myself as a cyberanthropolist in Sony Home, I will share that new writing space in the upcoming months, relating experiences, discoveries or observations on cyberanthropology. I will define further what are my research objectives as well and will your informed of my current activities on a regular basis.
